How do you clean without soaps or detergent?
We use purified water. Which is a very effective active cleaning agent in itself and leave windows perfectly clear.
Do you always service on a regular day?
We do our upmost to adhere to the agreement we have with each customer and remain consistent with any regular cleans. See when we clean.
Why were my windows still wet when you finished?
As we clean using purified water when the windows dry, the water evaporates and because it’s nothing but pure H2O they wil dry perfectly clear.
Do you clean my windows when it’s raining?
Yes, if it’s only light rain. Rain does not make the windows dirty, dirt does! Rain water is a lot purer than you think and certainly purer than tap water. So makes no difference if we clean while it rains. However we do not operate in heavy rain. See here for more information on weather.
Can I pay you online?

When do I need to pay by?
We politely ask that you pay within 14 days.
How often will you review your prices?
We review our prices at the end of every January. We consider business costs, inflation, and other economic factors. We will then increase, decrease, or keep prices the same.
Then inform customers of our decision and implement any change from April 1st.
We will not increase any prices of customers who have been using us for less than 12 months.
What is included in a standard window clean on my property?
When we clean your windows we include the glass, the frames and the sills leaving them looking as new as is possible. We also clean any upvc doors unless you’ve specified not to.
My velux windows are not quite cleaned to the standard of my other windows?
Firstly, we apologise, and we will rectify it. While cleaning standard vertically situated windows is usually straightforward cleaning Velux windows can be more challenging. Due to their location, it is harder to apply pressure and to see fully what is up there. We have an additional attachment that we can fit to the brush if we know there is an issue, like baked on bird mess, which can help to effectively clean the window. If when we send our reminder message the day before and it is obvious a window would require a deeper clean, then please let us know and we will use our equipment to resolve the problem. We do our absolute best but if there is still an issue, we can arrange with you to clean them from the inside by spinning the Velux over and clean them from the inside.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes. We are covered up to £1,000,000. Please ask for further details if required.
Can you clean wooden framed windows? Yes we can. Pure water is essentially very clean rain water. It won’t do anything to your windows or house that rain water would not do. If your frames are in very poor condition we will avoid cleaning that part of the frame, as we do not wish to make any damage worse. But provided your woodwork is painted it will be fine.
